At Vanton, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward, risk-free return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fee)
- Return Shipping Fee: Returns are completely Free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email. You do not need to pay for return shipping.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at into@vanton.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Refund Processing Time (10 Days)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at into@vanton.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
